Session Details

Attendees will have access to 7 pillars of wellness over the two days. 

The pillars consist of; Flow (yoga, pilates), Cleanse (nutrition, holistic healing), Glow (natural beauty), Play (mental wellbeing, fun sessions), Reflect (meditation, journaling), Grow (stress management, learning) and Nourish (well-balanced eating for a healthy lifestyle). 


Relaxation Meditation- REFLECT
Dawn Puusa, Owner of Be Still Yoga
Dawn will lead the guests in a guided meditation where a state of relaxed concentration is invoked by using breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

​Morning Flow- FLOW
Allie Chisholm-Smith, Owner of Allie Chisholm-Smith Yoga
Using the practice of mindful yoga, we can help our nervous system, adrenals and whole self, come out of this turbulent time strong, calm and well. This session will be slow to ensure that we are in our bodies and on the ground. This session will also be deep in that we will sink into our fascia and integrate the multiple changes wrought by the last year.

Stress Management and Energetic Living -PLAY
Shawna Leigh Clark, Owner of Shawna Leigh Clark Wellness Coaching
Determine the level of stress being experienced on a day-to-day basis and increase awareness as to how this impacts physical, mental, emotional wellbeing. Attendees will learn to identify energy depleting behaviours and identify 'pay-offs' for working toward changing behaviours. Attendees will then discuss 3 strategies successful in transforming lives.

Cleanse Your Life: A Workshop for High Level Self-Pressured People-CLEANSE
Alison Dumont, Owner of Strive Nutrition
A one hour live workshop empowering guests to cleanse their lives and find balance through prioritizing their own self-care. Participants will feel motivated and empowered to put their own care first and alleviate self-pressure to "do it all". They will leave with a mindset shift and actionable items to increase personal health and create individualized life balance.

Get your Groove Back - Dance Session-PLAY
Michelle Hillier, Owner of Experience Groove
Humans are better when we move: movement awakens, inspires and restores. When people move THEIR way, it can be transformative. CONFIDENCE is created, CREATIVITY is nurtured and CONNECTIONS are built. People become accustomed to the positivity and “magic” feeling that comes with moving their way and its unique attributes of connecting together on a simple movement that anyBODY can do. Ultimately, it is about taking people of all ages from fear to freedom and the best part is, “you can’t get this wrong!”


Get into your Core Pilates class-FLOW
Christine Alexander, Vita Fitness
Pilates fitness class focusing on strengthening and toning your core muscles. session would be a beginner/intermediate class introducing the principles of Pilates. I will teach connecting your breath to movement which correctly engages your muscles and more importantly your core.

Habit Breaking and Building-GROW
Moriah Bacus,Habitually Powerful
This interactive, hands-on workshop led by Moriah Bacus, Habits Coach, introduces the importance of habits and the role they play in achieving goals, taking attendees through a series of thought-provoking questions for individual reflection and consideration (with opportunities for sharing), providing clarity around what is most important for them and their lives. The session begins with a brief introduction including highlights of Moriah's personal story and her experiences with habit building and breaking, and an icebreaker activity. Participants will then learn the importance of habits, the role they play in achieving goals, and what happens when you focus on the goals only, and not habits. With a series of 5 questions, participants will gain insights on the goals they aim to achieve and their motivations, what might be getting in the way of achieving their goals, and what actions they may be able to take to achieve those goals. The workshop will conclude with a final opportunity for sharing.
