The Christmas season is upon us and there's no better way to get warmed up than with delicious food, great cocktails and festive carols!

The evening will commence with custom cocktails at our cash bar, followed along by a three course meal which will get everyone in the mood for singing along a few Christmas carols led by prominent members of the Muskoka community.

Bitters Making Workshop

Step up your cocktail game this holiday season, and learn how to make and use bitters in your favorite cocktails and healthful digestifs. In this class, Laura will show ways to incorporate kitchen herbs, spices and easy to wildcraft ingredients to make your own cocktail and digestive bitters. You will also learn how to use your bitters in drinks and how to incorporate ingredients such as flavored simple syrups, infusions, shrubs, and more! Laura will demonstrate in-person techniques and provide tips for working with fresh and dried botanicals, sourcing materials and offer lots of drink suggestions. Participants will go home with a bottle of custom bitters made in the class, and recipes to take home. Come prepared to sample drinks!
