A journey inward to evolve, grow, and explore what kind of person I want to become. A struggle because I have to love all of me and sometimes be uncomfortable at the moment. A creative expression because there is such joy in finding movement, flow, and strength as you move through your practice. I want to share these things with fellow yogis. Help them to discover their own journey. To provide them an opportunity to acknowledge and understand the beauty of being uncomfortable. Closest to my heart is the creativity, to find the dance of movement which is unique to each of us. |
