After enjoying Pilates as part of her fitness routine for over 15 years, Christine decided to earn her certifications and since then, has been sharing her love for Pilates. Focusing on breath, stability and strengthening your core, with a combination of classical and challenging power Pilates exercises, Christine will ensure you feel energized and ready to take on the day! The session would be a beginner/intermediate class introducing the principles of Pilates. I will teach connecting your breath to movement which correctly engages your muscles and more importantly your core. |
