This event will feature prominent members of the Muskoka community and key event ambassadors leading attendees in a celebratory Carol.
Packages will include both a three course holiday festive meal with the Caroling Party and tickets to the Caroling party. Inclusions for the Caroling party include: live entertainment, sing-a-long books and festive cocktails (cash bar) .

BITTERS MAKING WORKSHOP
|
Step up your cocktail game this holiday season, and learn how to make and use bitters in your favorite cocktails and healthful digestifs. In this class, Laura will show ways to incorporate kitchen herbs, spices and easy to wildcraft ingredients to make your own cocktail and digestive bitters. You will also learn how to use your bitters in drinks and how to incorporate ingredients such as flavored simple syrups, infusions, shrubs, and more! Laura will demonstrate in-person techniques and provide tips for working with fresh and dried botanicals, sourcing materials and offer lots of drink suggestions. Participants will go home with a bottle of custom bitters made in the class, and recipes to take home. Come prepared to sample drinks!
